Reverse Applique (raw edge) – Valentine’s Mug Rug
We’ll be making a raw-edge, reverse applique Valentine’s mug rug at the evening meeting in February.
- Basic sewing supplies
- Three 9” squares of fabric – two contrasting for front and one for backing
- One 8.5” square of double-sided, ultra-light fusible interfacing
- One 8.5” square of cotton batting
Small scissors with sharp tip
sewing machine & thread
small pair of scissors
water soluble marker or chalk pencil
washable glue stick
seam ripper
