October 21 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Linda Slye & Julie Mackell
You will learn to make chenille in two different ways. We will show you how to make a chenille potholder and a “surprise” way to make the binding. The second method will use a product called “chenillit” which opens up all kinds of opportunities for creativity but in a “surprising” way!
Supplies: Bring your sewing machine, basic sewing supplies, and various colored threads (neutral and bright). Cut four (4) – 8” squares from same fabric for potholder. If you own a chenille cutter and/or chenille brush, please bring that, as well.
